The Heat Basic is a swimming pool heat pump designed specifically for swimming pool heating. The heater basic moves the free heat from the outside air to the swimming pool water, rather than create heat, as a fossil fuel or electric heater does. That's why the swimming pool heat pumps are so efficient.
The heater has a simple electro-mechanical temperature control allowing easy temperature setting. The Heat pump Basic has an upgraded Titanium heat exchanger giving you a 10 year anti-corrosion warranty.
The Heat Basic comes with 1 1/2" connections.
It maximum running power consumption is 9.5amps and should be fitted to a 20amp Breaker & protected by an RCD.

The Duratech swimming pool heat pump is installed outside and is for use from April to October. The Duratech will even work with temperatures as low as -5. Duratech heat pumps are less harmful to the environment because 80% of the energy produced is collected from the air and therefore purely natural.
