MULTI CYCLONE INC FLOOR MOUNTED BASE
 MultiCyclone is a pre-filtration device that is capable of saving water and reducing filter maintenance.
The MultiCyclone works on the basis of centrifugal water
filtration. There are no moving parts to wear and tear, and
no filter media to clean or replace
CENTRIFUGAL FILTRATION
i. Incoming water enters 16 hydro cyclones tangentially,
generating a strong centrifugal effect.
ii. The sediment is spun out to the hydro cyclone’s wall,
and then spirals down to the sediment bowl.
iii. The filtered water migrates towards the center of the hydro cyclone where the flow reverses and spirals upwards through the outlet.
iv. Accumulation of sediment can be visibly monitored through the MultiCyclone’s clear sediment bowl.
v. The MultiCyclone is easily cleaned by opening the valve. Only 15 litres of water is discharged to cleanse the MultiCyclone.

The 16 Inch Diameter filter will suit swimming pools upto 5000 gallons (25,000 Ltrs).
Filters supplied with and without filter sand. These top mount filters include a multiport valve and pressure gauge.

ASTRAL SIGNATURE FILTER - ATLAS
Made from reinforced Polyester resin & fibreglass, with a superior gel-coat finish. The union of the two bodies of the filter is carried out through a seal specially reinforced with fibreglass and polyester resin.
Large diameter plastic lid for easy access. (This filter comes with a full 10 year warranty)
Multiport valves are included, the filter is supplied without media.

AUTOMATIC MULTIPORT VALVES
VRAC system range automatic multiport valves which can replace traditional manually operated valves. The models Premium and Basic make up the VRAC system options available in both 1.5 and 2 inch fittings.
VRAC Premium
Automatic multiport valve model provided with remote control. 24VDC voltage. In the automatic mode it operates with two filtration programmes, backwashing, rinsing and programmed or manual switching of pool lights. In the manual mode it operates with deep filtration, filtration skimmers, backwashing, rinsing, recirculation, emptying and closure.
VRAC Basic (picture shown)
Automatic multiport valve model provided with push button keyboard for operation. Voltage 230/115 volts. Controls filtration, backwashing, rinsing and emptying.
